I have recently been playing around with pigments and sugar glitters to get some different effects. Whether it is being doing the whole nail in pigments and then using the top coat to seal in portions of the pigments or in this case creating a design and then adding the sugar glitter on top! I love how this one turned out, in the picture it is hard to see but I used a few colors of the sugar glitters. It is stunning in real life!
